If you’re new to yoga, private yoga sessions can be a wonderful way to learn the fundamentals of yoga postures and principles, breath, and meditation. If you’re an experienced yogi, private sessions can also be an effective and efficient way to deepen your practice. We can focus on areas that you want to explore more thoroughly or identify newer areas of the practice that have intrigued you in other classes. I offer yoga series that address foundations of yoga, the mind-body connection, and various ways that your yoga practice can support you in your life.
Things to Know
In the consultation session, we’ll discuss your goals for individual sessions as well as previous yoga experience and develop a plan to work on your goals. We’ll also engage in a brief physical or meditative practice that addresses your concerns. There will be space to discuss any questions you may have.
A credit card on file is required prior to booking any private yoga session. There’s a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private yoga sessions. There’s no charge if you cancel your session with 24 hours’ notice or more. There is a $75 late cancellation fee if the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice or if a client does not attend their scheduled session.
